Photo whizz, Giraffe menagerie kitty, promised photos :)

It was a busy week this week in SecondLife - with Auctions resuming in full force. We had phenomenal kitties on auction and even though it took me a while to take my foot out of my mouth - the auction was good fun.

Thank heavens everyone in attendance were super patient. lol!

After Friday's auction we set up a twitter account - and now I get to learn how to tweet. I dont mean to sound computer illiterate but sometimes - I can only laugh at myself. Thankfully my twinnie is not shy to take me by the hand - sometimes it may be kicking and screaming - but dragging me into technology nonetheless.

For example my current dilemma - I cannot seem to link photos from flickr in here. Something to do with flickr having a yahoo account and my blog being a gmail account. and somewhere hidden deep in the litrature is the workaround I need to fix it.

Currently trending - the KittyCats team released a new menagerie kitty - sofar the menagerie kitties were tigers - heres a picture of me on my mega menagerie tiger - named Happy Harry. He is a permapet and yes - Harry permapetted him for me as part of my Chrismas spoilies - and I was thorougly thoroughly spoilt! He is on display at my auction stage if you want to see him - and yes - he is a mega KittyCats kitty - which means he is rideable like a horse!

Sofar there has been the menagerie tigers in their various sizes - available as bengals; disco or white tigers - so a new menagerie kitty is an absolute treat!

This little Giraffe KittyCat will be a mega as well - and yes - its still a kitty under there - but its a kitty wearing a costume :)

At the same time there is also the release of "confetti kitties". These cats can only be purchased with menagerie dollars and is not transferable. And and and -- they are hiding a new fur - a total game changer on these kitties - I wonder what secrets they will be revealing -- confetti cats

Promised Photos

Last week I made outrageous claims about posting photos here en mass - so I better get cracking on that. First up - building competition winners

Here is a snapshot of the build in place - still at the KittyCats Birthday sim. I was inspired by the scene in "Puss in Boots" where Kitty Softpaws pretty much teach Puss in Boots some manners (giggles).

Going for a mature theme this build was entitled "pub on a raft" and has Kitty Softpaws giving Puss a strong talking too. I can just hear giving him sass - "did you just ask for ... low ... fat ????" hahaha.

Some of my favorite elements are --

• Puss in Boots - Derrik the Red Tabbie Mega stolen from Arwen for this build - bless her - that cat has his own profile pick on her profile - Derrik
 • The outfit. I found the Puss In Boots outfit in the marketplace and gave it a glowing review -- I said: "the image does not to this item justice - it is well crafted - the detailing is excellent - highly recommend this to anyone looking for puss in boots. two thumbs up!"
• A bunch of high quality mesh decor - lowest prim - super impressed with these - you see them scattered across the build - and are from seller Dysfunctional Design. this is the bowl of oranges.

Inanimate objects - and yet I fall in love. But wait - there's more!

As it turns out this line also had tranquility eye as the hidden eye - and soft curl ear. just when you think a gorgous kitty cant be more beautiful - you get tranquility eye!!!

And so my blog gets over-run by pussy talk once more. What can I say, I'm an addict!
